A: You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search for Peeka, tap “Install,” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q: How is Peeka different from other apps?
A: Unlike other platforms, Peeka is built around community. We help vendors sell across multiple touchpoints (online store, social media, or local markets), give buyers a personalized shopping experience, and support delivery agents with fair earnings and rewards.

Q: Where is Peeka available?
A: We currently operate across Lagos and are expanding to other Nigerian cities soon.

Q: How much does it cost to use Peeka?
A: For buyers, Peeka is free — you only pay for what you order and the delivery fee. For vendors, we charge a 12.5% + ₦100 commission per sale (capped at ₦5000). For delivery agents, there’s no registration fee — you earn from every trip.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse through Peeka’s marketplace or a vendor’s store link, add items to your cart, and checkout. Your order will be processed and assigned to a nearby delivery agent.

Q: How fast will my order arrive?
A: Most orders are delivered within minutes, depending on your location and the vendor.

Q: Can I track my delivery?
A: Yes, you can see the real-time location of your delivery agent and estimated arrival time.

Q: What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?
A: You can contact support directly in the app. Peeka also verifies vendors and delivery agents to minimize risks.

Q: How do I start selling on Peeka?
A: Vendors can set up a free digital storefront on Peeka. If you already have a website or sell on social media, you can connect with Peeka’s Delivery API to handle your logistics.

Q: What products can I sell?
A: Food, fashion, gadgets, beauty, and more. As long as it’s legal and safe, you can sell it on Peeka.

Q: How do I get paid?
A: Payments go directly into your Peeka virtual account. You can withdraw to your bank account anytime.

Q: What is Trust Capital and how does it work?
A: Trust Capital is Peeka’s vendor support program. If you get an order above ₦20,000 (This is for vendors in known marketplaces), we can provide upfront funding so you can fulfill the order. Once the delivery is complete, Peeka recovers the loaned amount.

Q: How do I become a delivery agent on Peeka?
A: Simply register on the Peeka app, upload your details, and provide a guarantor form. Once approved, you can start receiving delivery requests.

Q: How much can I earn as a delivery agent?
A: Delivery agents earn 85% of every delivery fee, while Peeka takes 15%. You can also earn bonuses like health support, vehicle repair assistance, and insurance when you meet performance goals.

Q: Do I need my own bike or vehicle?
A: Yes, you’ll need your own means of transportation (bike, car, or bicycle).

Q: What happens if a delivery agent runs off with a customer’s goods?
A: That’s why we require a guarantor form. It helps us trace the guarantor and ensure accountability.

Q: How do I pay for my orders?
A: You can pay online through your Peeka wallet, Paystack, or debit card.

Q: Is it safe to shop on Peeka?
A: Yes. Vendors are verified, delivery agents are vetted, and payments are secured.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on Peeka’s resolution process.
